1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we absolutely do, and we love destination weddings. Traveling allows us to capture your story in unique and meaningful locations. We’ve had the pleasure of photographing several destination celebrations, and we’re always excited to pack our bags for love.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, of course. We guide you through the entire process. If you’re unsure about locations, we’ll suggest options that match your vision and style. We also help with timing, especially planning around the best natural light and discuss the flow of the session to create a relaxed and well-organized agenda.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as your date is exclusively reserved for you. However, rescheduling is possible if the new date falls within the same calendar year and subject to availability.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. All deliverables mentioned in our catalog including digital files and any selected prints or albums will be provided as per the package you choose.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We’re happy to work alongside any professional videography team. Additionally, we have a few trusted teams we collaborate with regularly, and we’re able to offer special combined rates when booked together.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely!! It’s your dream day. If there are specific poses, inspirations, or meaningful shots you have in mind, we’d love to know. While we focus on natural and candid storytelling, we always make sure to include the moments that matter most to you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes. Our initial consultation usually takes place via Zoom or WhatsApp for convenience. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll gladly arrange an in-person meeting to go through final details and connect before the big day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

We kindly request you to provide a hard drive on your wedding day. We will copy all the high resolution images onto it and have it ready for collection within 5 days after the wedding.

Your proofing gallery will be shared approximately 2 weeks after the wedding, where you can select your favorites for final editing and album design.
